OMFG

I sound ridiculous but seriously I was so impressed with myself with these nails! I found a tutorial somewhere online, pinterest I think, AGES ago. The tutorial was all about how you can do a stamp, leave it on the stamper and then paint in the areas you want colored. Paint over the whole image and then peel it off and apply to the tacky layer of your polish. I have done this before with some success but THIS. THIS I LOVE!!! Pretty sure this technique will be slightly overdone in the coming months. Im already looking through all my stamps and picking out which ones will work well!

This is Orly Gel FX in Shine with MoYou stamping plate Explorer plate 3. Random colors just in normal polishes.

This is so very pretty IRL. Like super pretty. Like driving along and you cant help look at your nails in the sun pretty.
The polish is Gellie Beans Emerald City with CND Additives Midnight Tide brushed from the ends towards my cuticles. Honestly could ombre be any easier? I dont know how people can do it with normal polish and get it to be even and blended well!

Frequently Foiled

As you may or may not know I am slightly obsessed with Foils. I love them. I love them so much. I do not love how they wear but when put on with gel top coat they do slightly better. I couldnt get this to photograph properly but its actually an Ombre. Dark to light. Anyway I hope you like it.

Terribly Tropical

I work in about half an hour out of Onslow in Western Australia. Onslow is barren. Its most known for the salt mines and now the gas plants but its barren. I grew up in Darwin which is not barren. Darwin is green. I CRAVE greenery like a drug.
Thanks to MoYou I can now have tropical nails so at least something up here is green :)

This is Shellac Serene Green stamped with Essie Chrome. I do love a dark green nail.

2014 Catch Up Post Five

I am a massive fan of all things kind of spooky but not actually scary. Halloween is so much fun! You can go all out with your nails and even my work didnt comment!

2014 Catch Up Post Four

You know how sometimes you try something you half saw on Pinterest or somewhere but you cant quite place it and it works and for the life of you there is no recollection of where you saw it but its so awesome you want to remember? Anyway some of these are that. If the sentence above was to make any sense at all which it doesnt.

K

Gellie Beans Burnt Meringue with CND Gilded Gleam brushed over a piece of netting. The Additives stick right to the tacky layer so if you dont like the way it comes out simply wipe off with alcohol, apply a thin layer of either the color or top coat, cure and go again.

Shellac Moonlight and Roses with Shell Nail Foil transfer.

Gelish Tiger Blossom, Orange Creme Dream, Tru Gel Designer Carry On, Shellac Bicycle Yellow, Gelish Coco Cabana Banana all over Gel II Arctic White.

Shellac Blue Rapture with Glitter in an Ombre from darkest to lightest.

Gelish Garden Teal Party with Tru Gel Lets Celebrate.

This is LeChat Black Velvet, THE best black gel I have found! So So good. No pullback, two coats to opaque, perfect. This is a hand painted swirly design I did over the top of the matte top coat. Looks so much better in person :)
